Yesterday, I got an email from a player who is seeking to play overseas for the first time. He was concerned if this offer actually existed. So I read over the emails that him and the agent corresponded and it looked very suspicious. I advised the guy to ask more information about the team who was requesting his game.

Website, this agents information and one good question. If this agent could call him to discuss not just talk by email. The agent emailed him back and asked if the player could her them. I find that to be outrageous. Anyway the player called and after talking he realized that would have been a pretty bad situation.

So always, do your research, ask more questions than you can think of and ask for a call back. Anyone interested should reach out and call you. Even if its through my little favorite VOIP program SKYPE. Whatever…

Good luck and read the signs!

The WNBA announced their partnership with Aol.com to provide video of content from the games. This is pretty big news and needed a little online advertising. Looks like in the 10 years of the league there is a bit of progress in regards to media, advertising and exposure!
